Solved Stuck after update.

I don't think this should go in the bug forum because I'm sure it's just caused by an update to the tile locations or something, but on my online save I am stuck because it loaded me into a small cell with no exit. Are there any console commands or anything that I can use to get out of this situation?

is this in the Goldenrod underground?
if so talk to the walls
one of them has a script attached to get you out
