Hibernation?
I heard that bears do that. But your PC?

And deciphering your error logs and the crash logs, I guess you opened the game, let it run, and set your computer to sleep mode?
If that is the case... don't do that. Sleep mode sometimes discards certain objects like the window handle for the window the game runs in.
I think they kinda half fixed that in Windows 8, but it's still not working correctly.

Some PCs have an option like that (my old one did as well). It's almost like shutting it off, but when waken up it is as if it were put in Sleep mode. It's a blend of those two modes.

Called sleep mode. Every newer Windows system has that. I said that in my post.

Well I mean, my old computer had a Sleep option, a Hibernate option, and a Shut Down option. The Sleep one acting like you described, the Hibernate option literally turning the computer off, but progress is saved when you turn it back on, the Shut Down option being self-explanatory.

But then again this isn't a thread discussing computer modes. I wish my Spanish was a tad better so I can read that window message.

There is sleep mode, and then there is hibernation mode, Hibernation mode is more like "save state" in games. you can unplug the computer when you hibernate it, and when you turn it on, it goes back to the same state it was in.

That is what sleep mode does though. I was doing that all the time. When you turn the power off though, the peripheral input devices (aka mouse/keyboard) don't wake the computer up anymore when you turn the power back on.
It might have been named differently, but I used everything from Windows 95 through Windows 8 on various devices, and they always only had Standby or Sleep Mode option. They discarded the "Standby" name, because people negatively received it or something. But effectively, the PC is turned off and saves an image of its current RAM state. That's why there could be errors when its turned on again with some programs using consistent RAM access.
I guess your "hibernation mode" is just another name for nearly the same thing made by the computer's manufacturer.

Anyways, going full circle: Don't use applications that you had on before setting your computer into sleep mode, because their RAM access or save addresses might be corrupted, causing them to work very slow or crashing. I am having the same problem with Visual Studio. Games are even more affected by this, knowing their rapid RAM access and rather large amount of RAM they reserve.

thanks anyway, I don't know why my pc turns off in sleep mode/hibernation mode but this never happened to me before. maybe it will work correctly if i uninstall some programs that i dont use
