it happen on me too .. the player nyomanyusa already exist on the server.

This happened because you crashed or suddenly lost connection with the server, whereas the server is taking a little while to process all the data and still recognizes you as being online. In which case you'd need to ask an OP from that server to kick you off manually and then you can log back in just fine.
