Add the ability to pass egg moves from female

I noticed that I can't pass extremespeed from my dratini to its offspring, even though bulbapedia says this is possible as of gen 6. I have previously passed down high jump kick to my hitmonchan so I know they can inherit from the father but there is no male dratini with extremespeed in my game.If this was already made possible then I have encountered a bug.

• Moves marked with a double dagger (‡) can only be bred from a Pokémon who learned the move in an earlier generation.

+ Breeding moves in P3D is not fully implemented or not working yet, so be patient and you might get one in the future.

I didn't mean to come off as nagging, just thought that someone might have forgot to implement it or something so I put it here as a suggestion.

Yes, but that was because it's a move that can be obtained through special event (which is the case here), It does not say that it needs to learn it via level up, which means it should inherit it from a male dratini that knows it.

But I think this is a suggestion to let the female pokemon pass egg moves as well, since the game does not have gen6 breeding system.
