Tornado's lottery will most likely never end. don't hold your breath on it ending as he has stated many times that if no donations were provided, he would catch his own, and that is where you lottery failed, so much delays because you can't catch your own and you rely heavily on donations.
besides, it's a free lottery and not a business, people are free to join any and all lotteries they want.

On average, I have 2-3 people joining my lottery. I don't want it to go down, but I need enough people to make this lottery more fun. I'm guessing all the lotteries here are ogre.

The reason there has been no lottery
yet is because I am currently working
full-time(part-time during the summer
vacation for, well, recreational fun).
Because of this, I unfortunately am
