well, either there is no lottery and I lock this thread, or there is a lottery and I don't, also since the way to participate is by saying anything, then you are not allowed to make such rule because such rule is stupid.

And just because a lottery has ended, doesn't entirely mean that everyone is suppose to go off-topic. If it's lottery-related, I will allow it. And given the fact that it's summer and I will be on vacation a couple times, you don't need to close it. I even said it ,myself!:
