ok guy,i think a lottery is always open (im my mind),so i dont read nothing i just enter and say in,so sorry if i make trouble.
Sometimes i do this in Tornado lottery.

Yeah, and it's pretty freaking annoying. Make sure you know when a lottery is open or not. However, you can still donate Pokemon to me. That's an alternate.
