My lottery strives to reveal its winner every twenty four hours. However, due to many real-life experiences, that number can vary from 23 hours to 100 hours. I say "unknown" so people don't think I lie. I never expected it to pass on into other lotteries.

Well....tornado's lottery has been here for as long as I can remember, and the rounds that were a bit late, I can count them with my 10 fingers (and would probably have free fingers afterwards), And he also provided an excuse with each delay. so the rule won't apply to him.
Jian is busy with his game mode, yet he still delivers, so the rule won't apply to him either.
You on the other hand, you just started the lottery with no excuse for the delay, you just started it trying to trick me into thinking it has started. I mean...First round and you are already delaying it without a convincing excuse??
1 month later and I still don't see the seriousness of this lottery.
