I will not be accepting donations as a stasis for another lottery. I'm not sure why you can't just send it to his Inbox and wait for him to take it out. If he really does have some sort of security issue, then I suggest holding out on donating until you see him online.

So.....let me get this straight..., once you get 50 donated pokemon (which you won't have any of them on your account, but they'll stay in their respective owners accounts)
You'll start the lottery, and once someone wins a specific pokemon, you will tell him to add the owner of that pokemon to get his prize?

I would say that since how am I gonna give the Pokemon to him/her?
Have your prize prepared in the GTS. Take it out when you get Online. Use the Send to User feature to send their prize to them.

I can sent you the pokemon by private GTS (Sent as a gift)
EDIT : accept my friend req in gamejolt. So i can donate you a pokemon using a Send to user Feature
I know how to do it. If I say (pokemon) has been sent to your account, that means i have sent the donated pokemon to ur account, and you can find the pokemon in ur GTS inbox .

NEW!:8 more Pokemon are required to start the lottery, making 30 more Pokemon that need to be donated.There be a lottery delay tho. This means after a winner is announced the next lottery will begin after a full 24 hours.And remember, donations are still open during the commencing of lotteries.
