You need this:

• At least 500 posts
• At least 45 trophy points
• At least 25 likes
• Been registered for the past 30 days

Meaning you need 396 posts, 27 trophy points, and 23 likes to go, you already fulfill the final requirement.

It does not need 1000, but to get the required amount of trophy points, you need the 1000 post, or to be here for at least a year.
