Implemented Small pokemon Follow trainer

Pokemon yellow was great in being able to have pikachu follow the player..... it would be great if we could see this implemented in game for some of the smaller pokemon. The player would select a pokemon that applies to the size limits and have them follow the player as they walk around.

heartgold and soulsilver had it so its something we wanna look at trying. we have other priorities at the moment though.

Love the Pokemon follow feature, but is there any chance the sprites for larger pokemon could be scaled up? For example, Onyx. In battles Onyx takes up half the screen, whereas in the overworld it's barely a head taller than the player (in it's coiled up sprite position anyway). In my opinion pokemon like Onyx should tower over the player, dominating the landscape around it.

Actually I think I see why the sprite is so small now. It would probably clip through the roof wouldn't it? Bummer.

its small because its a tiny sprite and thats how it was in heartgold/soulsilver

actually, lol, maybe a little too small

we use a value to scale sprites in battle, scale of followers could be based on it. lugias not to scale in hg/ss but he's still pretty big

its the right size for most of them

i couldnt get a good shot of this anywhere so i had to use my phone lol

this big is where they had it. wasnt too big but he's probably at least twice the size of our follower
