I'm trying to make a content pack but I dont know how to put the game in sandbox mode

I'm trying to make a content pack but I dont know how to put the game in sandbox mode

(This only works for Offline Saves)
Navigate to your Saves folder and open the save you want in Sandbox Mode. Open Player.dat. There should be a line that says SandBoxMode|0. Change that zero to a one and save the document. Sandbox Mode should be on when you load the save again.
