My game cant launch

Describe the bug you experienced here.

What I expected to happen
For the game to open with no troubles downloaded all the requirements
What actually happened:
It told me to download this software I all ready had!!!

Also...Is it possible that you have downloaded all the requirements but haven't installed all of them?
