i won't let me start the game?

for some reason the launchers start menu blocks the start game button and when i push the download update button it x's it out

Are your launcher and game in separate folders?

i think so when i type in the search bar for my computer the launcher just pops up nothing else

Install this and put it in a new folder : http://s.pokemon3d.net/j3641
Run it as administrator and download the game.
If it stops before finishing the download. then there's a problem with your connection or your PC.
