Have the GTS reject impossible trades

The GTS should reject trades that are looking for pokemans that arent available, pokemans too low of a level (i.e. lvl 1-10 charizard), pokemon with impossible genders (female tauros).

This would really help cut down on impossible trades that clog the GTS.

Ya...no more level 30-39 dragonite, articuno, celebi, and (mentioned above) level 1-10 charizard trades

Or At Least clean it up and restart every trade, I'm tired of seeing eggs everywhere and trades that have been in the gts since the day it was added to the game.
