One of the Team Rocket Grunts (the only one not in the Basement) in Cerulean Cave doesn't go away even after completing the story inside.
What I expected to happen:
No Team Rocket Grunts at all.
What actually happened:
A Team Rocket Grunt is still here.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Defeat Team Rocket in Cerulean Cave.
2. Go to the ladder just before the Basement.
The one grunt should be there.
