On the Four Islands (I think they're called)
You just defeated the Boss in the Warehouse? From there go to Cerulean Cave and explore it. The story continues in there.

Yeah,at first I didn't know what to do,so I just visited route 25 where she was and I got her badge...Now I'm at route 14 and I think I can't progress anymore 'cause there is a shiny charizard and solrock(I think,it's shaped like one XD)
Go back to route 25, Also, did you go to cerulean's cave?

beat mewtwo twice
And on route 25, you will find suicune.
