Whenever I Fly To Kanto From Johto I Can't Fly Bacc. Like It Won't Let Me Switch The Map Thingy. This Happened Like 4 Times And I Took The S.S. Aqua Jawn Bacc But Sometimes Its Unavailable And I'm Jus Stucc

It is meant to be like that. You cannot fly all around the world, that would be too easy. Fly to Indigo Plateau and from there you can fly anywhere.
