I used the level chart on the site Vade linked and kind of calculated myself how much XP they'd need to level up at least just once. I gave each Mon' the number of XP that's around their level based on that chart, then kept adding or subtracting based on the negative number given. Once it was like, below -100 (for ex. -20), they ended up leveling only once.
It was confusing for a bit but after a while, I understand that you need to add or subtract from their current XP# on the Party file, until the "Nxt Lv" number is around 0.
So again, thanks guys!
Sorry! >w<It's not a bug because you edited the files.

correct. basically if theres not enough xp the draw code bugs outI think it's because if you give it less exp than it should have at that level (to obtain at least lv 14) the exp bar will go to the left and shows how much exp you actually need to make it stable. That's a build in feature not a bug it is to visually identify cheaters!
No but in all seriousness if u can post your party.dat file i could try and give it a look see whats wrong because.

XP Bar should look fine all the way up to lvl 100
let's clamp the draw code so it never does it ever thoughIt's not a bug because you edited the files.
