Once you get both ability emblems in the battle tower, when you talk to the "Machine that displays the Record data.."
and choose the "emblems" option, It shows that you have the "Silver ability emblem"" twice, instead of once for silver and another for gold.
I haven't tried the "Battle factory" yet, cause I only have 1 emblem there so far.
