What exactly does forum money do?

Forum PokéDollars (often shortened to credits by the community) is a currency system used throughout the Pokémon 3D Forums. Currently they have no direct use, however, the Forum PokéDollars are often used for trading purposes. In the future, there will be a shop to purchase Pokémon and Items on this website with Forum PokéDollars.

It's not something important to be stickied.
Also, It is the the "Game and Website News" forum, which nothing can be sticked there. (AFAIK)

Its important enough to at least sticky somewhere else or put in the FAQ. Else it wouldn't have to be asked.

I do not disagree with you. but If a person can manage to make a thread to ask about it, I'm pretty sure he can use the search functionality to find it.
