Not a bug [Indev 0.49.1] Shield Dust Recovery Moves Not Working

If you use moves such, Giga drain or any other move with healing effect against a pokemon with "Shield dust" ability, The healing part won't trigger just the damage
I haven't tested if moves that does no damage (such as "Thunder wave") trigger if used on pokemon with that ability, but I suspect it doesn't.

Shield Dust is set up like this:
If a move has any secondary effect, like Inferno (burn) or Giga Drain (healing), then it won't trigger when used against a Pokémon with the Shield Dust ability.
The Shield Dust effect only applies when the move does damage, so moves like Thunder Wave are not affected by this.

But healing affects shouldn't be stopped.

Click on the "Additional effects" link, healing abilities are not considered as Additional effects.

Well basically, they are now.
And I am pretty sure moves like Thunderwave are not affected by this, did you test this? Or experience this?

Nope, I didn't test with effect only moves, only with Giga drain, I can't manage to battle another pokemon with that ability

Offline mode would easily pose that opportunity, but anyways, I don't think those moves like Thunderwave are affected. I just didn't quite understand the argumentation why they would be.

That was an assumption that every status effect is blocked by that ability ,
also, I don't know how to make that encounter in offline mode, Am I able to encounter any pokemon I want with the ability I want it have in offline mode?
