I didn't know whether to consider this a bug or a suggestion, but I'll stick with the ladder. This only seems to occur when I receive multiple Pokémon from the same user. When I open the first one, the "From:" entry loads immediately and it lets me withdraw instantly. When I open another Pokémon, the "From:" entry takes a considerable amount of time to load. During this time I'm unable to press the Withdraw button and take it out.
What I suggest is allow pressing Withdraw even if all entries have not fully loaded yet. It will really help smoothen up the Global Trade System interface.
