The gates around saffron has empty name plates, also If you go through the gate to route 7, you can't go back to saffron.

Also, is celadon accessible?

I also found that you can't walk out of route 7 once you're on it. you can still leave it by flying out though.
there's also there is no map of Celadon available, blank where rt7 turns to Celadon.

So anyways, about the areas: I didn't make those maps, @Darkfire did.
And there's no doubt, either he f'ed them up only a little, or a whole lot, but he f'ed something up.
I know that the gym in Celadon is completely operational, so access should work.
I guess he didn't commit his changes on the Route 7 map file, that's why it's in its original state without warps.
