Fixed [Indev 0.48] Some Non-Playable Characters Are Invisible

Some NPC's are not visible, although clickable and talk-able. (still there)
Viridian pokecenter, there's this guy to the left of the counter. He was not there. Also on the trainers club, Cal was invisible too.
Perhaps this is just a problem of mine, and its solved by restarting. It's still strange that this happens, since at least for me it's very regular (see my other missing textures threads) and restarting game/launcher doesnt always solve it.

What I expected to happen:
See the NPC's while i talked to them

What actually happened:
I talked to the air.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to interact with a NPC
2. Watch as you talk to nothing (?)

What I would suggest is to redownload the game ( To fix the content folder ) as well as remove all graphic content pack for the moment.

And if you have the log.dat file, can you see if there is any error there that say something is not found.

I don't think that is the case here, It happened to me numerous times and i'm pretty sure it happened to others as well, for some reason sometimes the game doesn't render certain sprites, But reloading the game always fix this (unless you get unlucky and it happens twice in a row )
Btw, Content packs don't change character/pokemon sprites (not the ones released at least)

By that I mean, I did something, but I don't know if that fixed it, because I wasn't ever able to recreate any of this.
