i dont know where you get your info from. but im getting my in the Pokemon Data Files in Pokemon 3D
This is Dragonite's Base Stats

BaseHP|91
BaseAttack|134
BaseDefense|95
BaseSpAttack|100
BaseSpDefense|100
BaseSpeed|80

hmm... after looking into that, i think some stats are needed to be altered for the Eeveelutions. gimme a sec.

Ok, sure tyt, but how does that stat make me wrong? dragonite has more attack than special attack.

As for moves, I assume you are gonna distribute them over the 1000 levels? If so, you might want to teach them every move their type can learn, and I can suggest the other moves that are not of the same type that they should learn. ( just a suggestion tho )
and yes thats the idea. however within the 1000 lvls, all of Eevee's moves that it can learn will end at lvl 45.
and lvl 50 will be when Eevee is able to evolve. depending on the stone it's carrying of course.

so on the eeveelutions, their end moves that they will stop learning is at lvl 100. because at that point you will rely on TMs. which can be bought in stores. well all moves can be found in a special shop. but i cant say due to spoilers.

i wasnt saying your wrong. i just assumed you seen the Base Stats within the files.
but yeah, after looking at Dragonites, i need some eeveelutions stats to be decreased a t-bit more. maybe decreased by 5?

Ok, that makes more sense move-wise and would be easier to manage :p

Since you are gonna be teaching it every move of their type, I guess you will be needing the other moves and the levels they will learn them at.
It would help if you give me a general Idea on how their moves sets would be.

This is a guess of how they could be (assuming you are not gonna teach them signature legendary moves)

53 - Dragon rage
61 - Dragon dance
74 - Dragon Breath
86 - Dragon Pulse
100 - Draco meteor
With a couple of filler moves between them like stats changing moves, or bite/crunch/iron tail.....etc.

Also...uhh....nice video sviper :p

dont worry about the having legendary moves being in the eeveelutions, they wont. and yeah, those are good, and having filler moves like that works too. which i should take into consideration of othetr filler moves too. such as Grassknot, but that gould be saved for maybe another type. it could work for Alveon for defence of Rock Types, but then you have to consider that the battles wont end in a sing hit. so then theres that. but yeah its good do far, while Eevee's learned moves end in lvl 45, it's eeveelutions would end in 100. now i just need to set the moves correctly so it wont feel as if it was blindly put. for example, at a certain point theres moves that could help improve a certain attack like Sand-Attack, and can be replaced with Mud-Slap, but it would take time to learn because its at a level that will take some time because you are in a certain point in the game. where mud-slap will be handy in it, will turn out that you need it when your Eevee is higher in lvl.
so expect that alot.

and Sviper... gosh...
