The "Townmap" in Cianwood's Pokecenter (in the upper right corner) displays a Jotho-Map instead of a Cianwood map what you would imagine by reading "Townmap"

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to the Cianwood Pokecenter and klick the Townmap in the upper right corner

1. Go to the Cianwood Pokecenter and klick the Townmap in the upper right corner

If you try in any other pokecenter, you'll see that all of them display the johto map (press shift to change region), none of them show the town map.

You can get a thing called "Minimap" from twirl forest, which works like a town map (in a way)

I don't think there are maps for each town in the game.

Not a bug. The term "Town map" is taken from the original games.
