I was gonna report the bug alone anyways...
For the non-believers who say that I'm using an offline account :
So......How to reproduce,
Step 1: Have 1 pokemon and an egg in your party
Step 2: go to the daycare and deposit the pokemon
Step 3: you now have 1 egg, go battle with it
Step 4: ????
Step 5: Profit!!!
(It also works with no eggs, but the pokemon menu will vanish and as soon as you enter a battle, the game will crash)

The bug is most likely in the script handling the daycare, that's why the bug is a universal one.
EDIT: Fixed (for Johto and Kanto Daycares).
