Fixed [Indev 0.49.1] Battle Frontier Typo

If you talk to the lady in the battle frontier while having less than 3 pokemon, she'll tell you that you have too many pokemon and to come back when I have exactly 3 of them.
I think she should give you the option to use the PC just like when you have 4+ pokemon.

Ahh....Someone renamed the title, It's not the typo that is the main issue here (which is wrong btw), it's the interaction that is wrong.
