Duplicate Steal moves crashes the game

moves such as Covet when stealing items. Kings Rock was the item in question during a trainer battle, It instantly crashes

What I expected to happen:
use Covet to steal the item

What actually happened:
crashed

Steps to reproduce:
1. set up a pokemon with Covet, and setup a trainer's pokemon with any item. first try kings rock to duplicate

im sure it will.
im encountering quite a handfull of remaining bugs till the next update. been fiddling with lots of mechanics in-game. to catch up so to speak.
