Fixed [Indev 0.48] Thunder Wave Paralyzed My Ground-Type

During my battle with Lance (whom I defeated, by the way), his Dragonite used Thunder Wave on my Marowak, and it paralyzed him. This shouldn't happen since Ground-types are unaffected by Thunder Wave (and Electric-type moves in general).

That's true for Paralysis caused by other means (Body slam for example), but for Thunder wave, It shouldn't affect ground pokemon at all.

I can confirm this happening with multiple Pokemon of mine as well.
