After loading a save (Offline or Online), the game processes the list of servers you have saved. For all intensive purposes, that is great, but if you're just trying to play Locally, it can sometimes be a hassle: frame-rate drops considerably, and certain buttons become un-clickable for a period of time (for example, my computer won't let me select Locally until it has ping'ed all other servers and see if it can be connected to). For this reason, I had to remove all of the servers from my list so that I could access the game faster.
To avoid the above problem, I suggest that, instead of opening to the server list when opening an Offline or Online save, open to a screen that has two buttons: Single Player and Multiplayer. The Single Player button will load the save as if you pressed the current Local option. Multiplayer will load the server list as it does now, minus the Local option. I feel that this option will tremendously help players who just want to play alone, and quickly. They would not have to wait for severs or the play button to load.
