Where to found a Wild Eevee?

I got Jolteon,and I'm collecting eeveelutions,the next eeveelution is Umbreon,where to found Umbreon or Eevee?

Eevees cannot be found in the wild. Instead, you could breed them. Just put a ditto and an eevee in the daycare and you will start getting eevee eggs.

The problem is that my Jolteon is male

doesn't matter if you breed it with a ditto (btw you can find them on the route before goldenrod(I mean ditto btw))

a.k.a Route 34, which seems a LITTLE suspicious seeing as the internet rule 34 and the route the daycare is located is the same... very much suspish...
