Not a bug [Indev 0.47.2] Wrong Hidden Grotto Pokémon

Describe the bug you experienced here.
Encountered Phantump on route 47 inside a Hidden Grotto
What I expected to happen:
To encounter a pokemon on the list provided on the Wiki

What actually happened:
A pokemon (Phantump) was encountered in an area it was not listed in

Steps to reproduce:
1. Normally enter the Route 47 Hidden Grotto
2. Get lucky and encounter Phantump
No crash log as the game did not crash
(The Pokemon encountered is shiny if that has any effect)

only a handfull of gen 6 pokemon are implemented atm and any that arent are replaced by either Phantump or Pancham depending on their rarity
this will change once I can implement the remaining ones
