Make the running shoes button toggle-able.

As the title says, with the new Pokemon interaction system not working while riding. it would be nice to have the running shoes button as a toggle-able button (Forget my hand, Have mercy on the running button )

Yes, this is a desirable feature.. It's one of the best things I've experienced in a pokemon game while playing Pokemon Zeta/Omnicron.
