Fixed [Indev 0.47.2] Game Accepts Unfocused Mouse Clicks

Describe the bug you experienced here.
Ok, i didn't see this form before !,
Anyways......when the game is Not focused (i.e alt-tab) it still accepts mouse clicks, it's been happening for as long as i can remember.
What I expected to happen:
It shouldn't take mouse clicks when alt-tab'ed
Servers keep getting removed this way, and i think this is how many people lose their servers list

What actually happened:
Duh!

Steps to reproduce:
1. ...Just open the game and another window/application.
2. ...Click on the window where buttons in the game are supposed to be.
...

This "can" also be the cause of the crashes i have while unfocused.
PS. i know how to use the form, my first bug report ever was using this form, it's common sense.

Fixed. The new form makes it easier for me to read the bug reports and for you guys to report them, meaning you need to get the information that I need right away (steps to reproduce and the "what should have happened). Before, I must've asked for those things
