Saving stalls

I have found that on 0.47.1 I cannot save anywhere after Ilex Forrest, This is very annoying please help, thank you.
more details: when I select save from the menu it says please wait, I have waited 3 days for it to save, help me please. Thank you for your time and effort.

I guess you are disconnected with your internet ( or gamejolt fail ) so you have saving problem.
When the game do not save for one minute, press E to cancel and try again.

Well, if you save while you are not connected to game jolt, the game will crash, the problem is probably with your connection, you probably don't have enough upload speed to save the game as fast as it should cause your save file gets a bit bigger in size after you reached route 34.
I know this because it happens to me whenever my connection's speed drops, it takes forever to save, but sometimes waiting for about 30secs and then canceling the save will still save the game sometimes ( although i don't recommend doing so.)
