Found Strange New Item

I found a strange item not in the official Pokémon games when talking to my Pokémon. It's called "Sticky Wing." I was just wondering if it was useless and could be sold for 100 PokéDollars like the Pretty Wing in the official games, or if there was some secret/future use for it.

I assume the Sticky Rock does the same thing but for evolution stones?

Every 255 steps, you'll hear a tick, when you talk to your pokemon, it'll give you an item, (no to be mistaken with the pokemon's held item), pickup ability is a different thing.
The item depends on the place where the pokemon picked up that item, caves yield more evo-stones, where Pokecenters and similar places yield more medicine items.

AFAIK, it's not an RNG, not sure what you mean by new system, and no, no table currently for it.

You can get most of the items from the first/second table and berries
