A new update is about to be released. Wait for it to be uploaded, then download it.
Exactly what it tells you. You either don't have the latest version OR the game is getting updated right now. The latter is true.

thanks and i thought something was going on since i already downloaded the update so yeah.....
I always set the "current version" to the new version before starting the upload for technical reasons. It's a time frame of about 10-20 minutes while I upload the new files to the server that you can't play online because you can't get the latest version yet. It's done now though.

No, this update only fixes bugs.
