what is a shiny PKM?

Is a rare pokemon. It is normal pokemons, but shiny. I don`t know if better stats, but different sprites.

I can help if anyone needs pokemon replaced
just post the pokemon and it's level, if it is shiny, your trainer name and trainer ID (if you want a specific nature I can do that as well else I will use my best judgement)

How can you replace "Experience" and "Stats" correctly?? And do you know what FPs and Dvs aew??

I use the teambuilder from Pokemon Online to get correct stats
Exp often comes down to guess and check....use the exp chart from bulbapedia to get a good guess
FPs are EVs
DVs are IVs
