How can I walk on the tracks from the magnet train from Johto to Kanto and run back?

If you mean : " How to go to Saffron City using the Magnet train " this option is not available in the game yet.

If you mean actually walk on the tracks to Kanto .......then i have no comments, really!

Well you can't and won't likely ever be able to.

If you could, it would eliminate the entire purpose of the Magnet Train...
