LAN Connection Problem

Hey guys, I have 4 computers connected at mine via a LAN Hub and I want to play P3D Lan with my friend...

I host the server fine and I can connect easily, but he can't find the server.

My IP is 192.168.0.4, the only custom content we have is RandomLocke, and I just cant seem to figure out why he cant find the server even though its a simple LAN connection...

Any help is much appreciated

Did you try to ping via cmd? Or let's say it the other way round: Are you sure it's the server program causing the problem?

I tried a ping test from him to me and theres a 0% loss.

Try turning off the firewall on both computers, just to see if the firewall blocks certain ports or programs.

Strange... The antivirus maybe?

No antivirus installed on either machine, they are literally there for lan games xD

Did you try to just turn everything off and on again?

On what port are you running the server?

Well I mean, I would just try to run it on another port. And you have 4 computers, one is running the server and the other 3 are trying to connect to it right?

Any port above 1024 is free for you to use, it goes up to 65535
