IV's and Breeding questions

Hello there I have some questions about breeding here.

1 - Is Destiny Knot implemented in the game ?
2 - Is there any npc where i can check pkmn IV ?
3 - Is there a special place where i can get pkmn with a couple maxed IV like in the X and Y series ?
4 - If any of you are breeding for IV's in pkmn 3d , how do you do it ? and there is any difference here compared to the main series ?

Ok cool, just want to say this about the last question, many people told me it's random in the game, But in one of my breeding trials, i mated 1 Pokemon with 31 attack and another with 31 speed, and more than 60% of the off-springs had 31 in both attack and speed.

it isnt pure random
it is the random the game uses with the IVs more likely to match the parent's
most of the mechanics from the original games are implemented
