Fixed Throwing Pokeballs to Trainer's Pokemon makes them Flinch

I acidently thrown a pokeball when fightng Falkner. and for some reason on that given turn, his Pokemon Flinched.

This needs to be fixed aswell

hmm.. i did some testing to see if it was a bug. so i tested and modded a fiight with youngster. and i found out it wasnt the case. i used Bite and it made the Pokemon Flinched, not the Pokeball.

howevrr that Flinch mecanics isnt working properly...
like if the pokemon uses a move that flinchs on that turn and you didnt make a move and only used a potion. but on that next turn, your Pokemon gets Flinched....

i dont think flinch works that way. or unless in intentional?

No that's been a bug.
It is fixed for 0.22.
