Not a bug [Indev 0.46.2] Bugged NPC in Olivine City

Talking to the NPC in Olivine City that trades a Voltorb for a Krabby will bring up the Yes or No options before he asks if the player owns a Krabby.

Even though it seems strange, that is actually supposed to be that way, and directly taken from the Gold, Silver and Crystal games.

Well, people might constantly report this "bug" in the future. It might be a bit of a problem.
