How to Find Entei?

Hey Guys,
First post here ever. For the record I really love what the Dev's are doing, I don't know if they hear that enough. I was just wondering on how to really find Entei. I ran into him like eight times during my travels, but now when I really want to find him I can't. I've spent about 6 hours total just trying to find Entei, nevermind Raikou who I haven't ran into at all for some odd reason. I've tried all the methods I've found via Google, and it seems that the moderators did not want to add his location to the Pokedex so I don't understand how you guys found him. Any help for me? My head hurts from walking in circles, leaving an area, and walking in circles again.

Entei randomly roams around Johto. Continuous entry in and out of an area could ultimately result in its encounter.

I saw Entei 4 times, in the Johto region.
2 times on the same route, and 2 times near Day-Care.
Remember to get pokemon who knows "Mean Look" skill to prevent Entei from fleding.

However, I think that Mean Look doesn't work on them properly right now.

Just the last time I recall, it was a bug. Not sure if it's fixed now or not.

Well,I have Entei,i caught it by master ball and I found in the grass near Daycare.

If you want to catch roaming Pokemon, I recommend buying some repels and having a Pokemon that is less than level 40 but more than the level of the maximum level Pokemon in that area take the lead. I suggest using a level 39 Pokemon Then use your repel and start searching the grass. If a Pokemon appears, then it's either one of the two legendaries unless you already got rid of one of them. If you search the area for a bit but don't find any legendaries after a while when at least 3 wild Pokemon should've appeared, leave the area and come right back and try searching again. This may cost a lot of money for buying the repels... but you can always get more moolah from the Elite Four.
