Crash [Indev 0.46.2] Crash Trying to Process Fancy Rain

I have tried multiple times to leave Union Cave via route 33 exit and the game crashes, leaving via route 32 exit doesn't cause this though.
I can not proceed in game while this bug stands. Latest Bug report below, can give another 16 if needed, i have tried on numerous accounts now.

While we thank you for reporting the bug, can you next time place it in a Code Module? (< > on the font menu).

This may have to do with the fact that you were on a server. Try exiting again, but while playing Locally.

Then I think that your game is having trouble trying to process rain (because it always rains on Johto Route 33).

Go to your Options menu and set Graphics to Fast (or if it's already on Fast, switch it to Fancy) and see if that allows you to enter the route.
