Maybe try disabling your Content Packs?

ok just a question! does the Log really say anything about the content packs other than they are enabled?
besides, i on;y have sound changing content packs, one that only works when i select pokemons and the other one is muted most of the time.

They can still be at the source of crashes, so try disabling them.
