Hello,
I decided to make an updated Polish translation with special language letters.
So, enjoy

Instalation Guide:
Unpack Tokens_pl .dat file into your Pokemon folder/Content/Localization

IMPORTANT
Translation will NOT work with the basic Pokemon3D font pack,
So, to make it work, you need to download alternative font pack from resources.
