Not confirmed [Indev 0.46.2] Inconsistent Frame Rates

For some reason, my frame rates of this game are even worse than they were on my old computer, which was thousands times worse than my new computer.

This screencap was taken just by standing outside with no other program interfering:

Maybe it has something to do with my computer specs?

Processor: AMD A8-6500 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics    3.50 GHz

Installed memory (RAM): 8.00 GB (7.20 GB usable)

System type: 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor, Windows 8.1

I have the same issues, but specially when im trying to load servers or join them. Then, it gets laggy and i have to wait some minutes before it runs smoothly as jazz.

I think that's an entirely different kind of lag: connection lag. Whereas the lag I refer to in my bug comes from plain gameplay only.

i have the same issue with you tornado, but that specifically happens in routes 47/48 (some other places too, but these are the strong ones!)
in route 47 my frame rate drops from 60 to 0 ( an actual zero)

Well, even that happened on my old computer because it was a resource heavy area.

I mean in very simple areas (like my room), these frame rate drops occur.
